CHICAGO (WLS) — Illinois health officials reported 7,042 new COVID-19 cases and 95 deaths Friday as the state announced Chicago and Cook County are on track to upgrade to Tier 1 mitigations on Saturday.That means restaurants and bars will be able to reopen for limited indoor dining.
